Right now, we’re recording the last bunch of tracks for the new album in a studio merely blocks away from where this band was formed back in ’83, ( and some members still reside!) I guess you can call it full circle or support your local dealer or whatever you like, but everything about this feels stellar at this point, thou we still have miles to go before completion. The decision to let this( ninth!)studio album take the time it needs will be worth the wait and you’ll be the first to know release date and future plans ahead. ’Til then, have a great summer and take care of yourselves and loved ones. バンドは現在残りのトラックをレコーディング中であるということですが、今回使用しているスタジオは83年にバンドが結成された場所からほど近いところにあるようです。
結成した場所とは？と思いましたが、以前アンダースから聞いた話によると、昔（子供の頃と聞いたような）ロバートとアンダースは同じ建物に住むご近所さんだったということなので、そのあたりの場所のことを言っているのかなと想像します（違ってたらごめんなさい）。 そのような思い出深い場所の近くでまた新たな作品が作り出されるというのはなんだか胸が熱くなりますね。
完成までにはまだ時間がかかりそうですが、バンドはじっくり丁寧に作業している様子です。 とにかく待つ価値のあるアルバムになるだろうということです。
リリース日などの詳細は改めて公式からお知らせがあると思います。 心落ち着かない日々が続きますが、その日を楽しみに待ちたいと思います😊
